Sam specializes in restructurings, turnarounds, process improvement, and interim management for lower middle market businesses. He supports M&A due diligence, strategic planning, capital raising, and interim or fractional executive services, with experience as CEO, COO, and CFO across asset management, consumer products, manufacturing, and entertainment.
He has raised more than $100 million in equity, secured over $300 million in debt for clients, arranged over $100 million in operating and trade finance credit facilities, and previously served as a Partner at Ernst & Young, Managing Director at Citigroup, and Chairman of the Managed Funds Association.
Strategic Operations Executive
Evans brings deep financial services experience across asset management, wealth management, consulting, sales and trading, and exchange operations. His work spans organizational transformation, GIPS-compliant performance reporting, process automation, risk management, and revenue growth.
